WHY I WRITE THIS BOOK

I am an octogenarian who in childhood lived in extreme poverty and deplorable conditions that caused zero self-confidence, excessive shyness, and stuttering out of nervousness. My reaction to those unfavorable circumstances was to study diligently and work with extreme dedication from the age of 15. Through these attitudes, I moved forward beyond what I had dreamed.

I attended courses and training with eminent teachers to overcome my insecurity, believe in myself, and stop limiting myself. Thanks to these learnings and the habit of studying and researching constantly, I have written thirteen books and nearly a thousand articles associated with personal, group and organizational effectiveness, so that readers can learn in a minimum time what has taken me decades to learn.
